This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges of products purchased from la-kayneges.com, owned and operated by Valessa Pluviose (Nègès Vaelithra Luminah).





Refund Conditions



Each Kay Nègès creation is handcrafted with care and spiritual intention. Because of the sacred nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.


However, customers may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund under the following circumstances:


  • Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Incorrect items received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so we can correct the issue promptly.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@kayneges.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.




Non-Refundable Items


Due to hygiene and energetic integrity, the following items are non-refundable:


  • Used or opened oils, candles, and ritual products
  • Custom-made or limited-edition sets
  • Digital downloads, readings, or consultations



Cancellations

 

 



Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. After this period, all sales are final.
