Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Due to the sacred, handcrafted nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kayneges.com — we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
